Adds a queuing system for maneuvers that fail to be able to recast.

Adds in a new Trusts mode for those who like to solo.

This also contains various minor bug fixes that have been found.

Contains a lite version of the HUB window as well as improvements to the window's performance.

This includes a major update to the overall structure. The core library has been split and contained in its own file to make it easier to upgrade. The Gearsets now sit nicely in their own file.

The HUB window has undergone a major rewrite. It is more efficient and less resource intensive. The various fields are updated in a more real-time fashion.

Also, contains various bug fixes for CP mode, etc...

Release v19.05.21

After much testing, I believe we can consider this the first official release of the Puppetmaster Gearswap. This has been very stable for months with no major complaints currently.

We do have future plans on some more features to be added that are currently being tested in the development.
