Resolved local dependency tree. Now using mvn dependencies to install the necessary libraries.

Corrections in configurations

Corrections in release configurations where made. README, CHANGELOG and CONTRIBUTION were added.

Initial liberty packages release

This initial release includes the possibility of using Liberty servers to deploy artifacts. Two strategies are supported, either using the Dropins folder or using a custom configuration through the configDropins folder.

Right now, it is supported:

• Installing artifacts
• Uninstalling artifacts
• Starting artifacts
• Stopping artifacts
• Setting the artifact auto start configuration (only for custom configuration)
