Hey @alimanfoo ! I have now added a template for selection alerts, and made two example alerts pages, the Vgsc and Coeaexf. I have built the site with those included https://anopheles-genomic-surveillance.github.io/selection-atlas/home-page.html I moved the information part of the selection alerts pages from below the signals to the top - seemed to fit better to have that information there. |

This PR partially addresses #17 and #18 , in creating a template which can be used for selection alerts.
It is not quite fully finished yet, I will copy the template to a Vgsc signal, create a Coeaexf one and generate a new site build before merging the PR.
