The contents of each of these zip files contain a system-specific binary named terraform-provisioner-chef-solo_v0.0.1.
To use this plugin, you'll have to move it into the same directory as your terraform binary.
If you're using an older version of Terraform, you might have to rename the plugin to exclude the version info.
