Changes to NLR validation set

A while ago we created a customised validation set for organisation NLR (Netherlands Leprosy Relief).
It can be seen on admin website here: http://rsr.akvo.org/en/admin/rsr/projecteditorvalidationset/4/

Now they need to edit the validation, namely delete a number of fields. Here's the full list:

03 – Contact information
Delete: Department, Type of contact

05 – Results and indicators
Delete: Indicator references

06 – Finance
Delete: Donate url, Transactions

07 – Project locations
Delete: Location administratives

08 – Project focus
Delete: Sector vocabulary url

We need to check whether we can delete these fields from the set.
If we cannot delete them, NLR would like a workaround - how to mark fields in the Project Editor that are really mandatory for them.
