Fall backward while walking and turning1
The person leaves the living room, walks through the kitchen, and enters the bedroom. In the bedroom, walk towards the bed where a cat is resting. The person reaches out and grabs the cat gently. The person then re-enter the living room, bringing the cat along, and settle down on sofa for some leisure time while petting the cat. To watch some TV programs, the person gets up from the sofa and walks towards somewhere a remote controller is placed. Then search for the remote control, hoping to change the TV programs while watching television. Once person finds the remote control, walk over to the TV and turn it on. After that, the person returns to the coffee table and turn attention to it to have the remote control within reach. However, the person is falling while walking and turning. While bringing with cat, this person initiates a turn by crossing his left leg in front of his right. He loses balance during the next step, after the toe of his right foot collides with his left heel, resulting in a backward fall.

Fall in bathroom1
As the person wakes up in the early morning, he/she finds himself/herself in their bedroom. Leaving the bedroom, the person walks towards the bathroom for their morning personal hygiene routine. Upon reaching the bathroom, enter and close the door behind a person. Then, walk to the toilet and proceed to use the toilet for his/her bathroom needs. After finishing, the person flushes the toilet, allowing the water to carry away the waste. As the person spends using the toilet, he/she stands up and prepares to leave the bathroom. Instead of using arm support, the person relies on his/her balance and strength to stabilize himself/herself. Then, a fall occurs during the transition from sitting to standing out of the toilet seat. The person who collapses in the bathroom has a higher chance of getting injuries. Landing on the hard tile floor or hitting the porcelain toilet with a body limb could easily result in a cracked bone or even more harmful.

The person finds and grabs the necessary ingredients and groceries, such as fish, salmon, potatoes, cooking pot, etc., near the kitchen counter, sink, and table. The person then falls while cooking and serving food. In that case, both hands carry the cooking ingredients or food. Because of this, a person's balance is affected, and he cannot grab himself if he loses his balance. In addition, cooking involves multitasking, which can divert attention from maintaining balance and stability. If the person is distracted by timers, conversations, or other activities while carrying items, it can increase the fall risk.

Fall while standing at somewhere height1

Fall while standing quietly1
A fall suddenly occurs while a person stands quietly after walking over a bookshelf, grabbing some books, and turning towards a chair. In that case, the person in the living room walks over to a bookshelf and grabs some books, which are packed in both hands. Then turn towards a chair to check a suitable seating place. It's possible that the act of turning towards the chair or the movement involved in grabbing the books shifted their center of gravity, leading to instability. Thus, a fall suddenly occurs while the person is standing quietly.
