The main motivation for this project is to demonstrate using NLP that Hip-Hop is a form of literature and rap artists are literary geniuses.
Data of Lyrics from the hip-hop artists was scraped from Genius, Data of the novels from the writters was scraped from the Guttenberg Project and other online sources.

- Ms Lauryn Hill v. Emily Bronte:
Emily Bronte's "Wuthering Heights" and Ms. Lauryn Hill's "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" are considered classics in their respective fields. Again Ms. Lauryn was part of the talented hip-hop group Fugees and Emily can be said to be part of the talented sister group the Bronte sisters.

Franz Kafka and Kanye West are both considered highly influential by their peers in their respective fields.
- Drake v. Mark Twain:
Drake and Twain are arguably artistic voices of their generations and have defined their art forms in their respective places of origin. ( you can’t really think of American literature without Twain and you can’t really think of Canadian rap music without Drake).
- Lil Wayne v. Shakespeare:
Lil Wayne and Shakespeare are very prolific in their respective fields. Lil Wayne has 168 billboard hot 100 entries and Shakespeare is believed to have written ~37 plays.
