Org agenda

This is a hydra graciously taken from the Spacemacs org-agenda transient state. It is largely adapted from their master branch as on 2017-08-22. It does include minor changes from their develop branch on this date as well namely changing the keys for org-agenda-clock-cancel from ck to cq and for org-agenda-set-tags from hT to h:. In addition, it includes an extra command in "tA" (org-agenda-archives-mode 'files).

It also re-orders the commands to be in alphabetical order. The hydra docstring as presented here is structured to fit comfortably on a small 12.1" screen (though it occupies a large portion of this screen - just over 50% - which perhaps makes the argument of dividing org-agenda commands across several different hydras). In any case, one can adapt the docstring to their liking to fit better on wider screens.

Note it includes the :pre and :post hydra keywords to disable which-key upon entering the hydra and enables it again on exiting the hydra. This is necessary to avoid which-key waiting for a key sequence to be completed. If you don't use which-key then you can safely remove these keyword settings.
