Optimize CSS Assets Webpack Plugin does not work for webpack 5+, see https://www.npmjs.com/package/optimize-css-assets-webpack-plugin?activeTab=readme

this was causing an error on npm install

Fixed by replacing with css minimizer plugin


          css plugin version upgrade for webpack 5
