Resolves #109

These changes include:

  • move from the abandoned Zend libraries to Laminas, the project's replacement namespace
  • update any necessary packages to support PHP 8.2
  • enables automatic alphabetical sorting in composer.json
  • adds an .editorconfig file to improve consistency of IDE's handling of whitespace
