Refinement & Updated Grass Image 🛠️🎉

This is a small update with overall tool experience refinement and updated Grass image for better earning rate.

Overall tool experience refinement. Now notifies of container runtime isn't installed.
Update Grass image to use community version for increased earning rate from 1.0x to 1.25x.
- Redeploy the application to change the image type and move to this version of the Grass application with higher earning rate.
- igm show proxy has been improved. You many now filter by proxy set, e.g. igm show proxy 2 will show apps bound to the second proxy IP address in your proxy entry.

Proxy Fix & Improvement 🛠️🔧

Release v1.11.3

Small minor update to fix issue on proxy apps that don't show device instance due to non-unique hostname required. What's changed:

Hostname now appends a counter at the end, same as proxy applications layout.
- Required as some apps, specficially Honeygain won't show proxy instances if it shares the same hostname so it looks like there's no extra devices
Update Windows bootstrap script to auto install git if not found and winget is available on the host machine. Git is a require prerequisite binary.

Optimisation and Improvements 🛠️

Release v1.11.1

This is a minor release with overall improvements and optimisation to the tool.

What's New:

Dynamically fetch the right application image tag based on arch type if available instead of defaulting to amd64.
Update Earnapp and Bearshare image base. Bearshare should work better on both x86_64 and ARM systems, now using official image.
Added new CLI option igm clean will clean up stopped orphan applications, volumes and downloaded image associated.

Multi-Proxy Support 🌐🚀🎉

Release v1.11

Proxy menu is independent from IGM's main interface.
Easily scale and deploy proxy applications alongside non-proxy applications.
Proxy applications scaled based on the number of proxy entries defined.
Traffmonetizer container name is changed from tm to traffmonetizer, will require redeploying.
Selective applications is independent on both non-proxy and proxy applications.
Watchtower responsible for managing application image updates will be re-configured and deployed accordingly whether there's proxy application deployed, either or both.
Improve performance with docker logs are now much smaller with no rolling logs.

This update includes overall improvement and optimisation to the application info display menu and app selection. Now loads more instantly and faster

- This service app is for auto-claiming Bearshare daily reward.

Not much overall in this update but still quite an important one. This update refactors the internal overall changes to the tool's structure in preparation for future updates and features lined up.

New Selective application option when installing application will displays the apps that will be installed.

Added new application Bearshare to the stack. New application means another income source. 💰🤑
- Bearshare supports datacenter IP! But one device per unique IP.
- Don't forget to check the application chart table.

New Feature 🚀

Added update notification. Tool will now notify when there is a new release marked.
- Update is as usual via the update option in the tool.
Minor adjustments where warning is shown when trying to install applications and selective applications have been disabled or unconfigured.
Added Docker housekeeping for cleaning up orphaned applications (containers) and images downloaded. Running orphaned applications are not removed unless it's stopped.
- This option is in Manage Docker sub-menu.
Minor general improvements overall.

New application NodePay added! 🚀

See NodePay for more information and setup guide.
As always, update the tool to get the latest changes, and run the Setup Configuration to configure the application.
Re-run the Install & Run Applications to re-deploy and will install the new application.

2024-06-24

The tool is now capable of installing and enabling QEMU emulation layer for non x86_64 platforms such as ARM.
This is done when installing Docker from the tool directly. Uninstalling will also remove the entry from being registered.
As usual, update the tool, then reload it for the changes to apply. This is now useful on new installs without needing to remember to enable QEMU.

ℹ️ WINDOWS USERS ℹ️

⚠️ All existing Windows users are strongly recommended to re-run the Window bootstrap command to get the script which will auto-update and replace the current one. Not required to run the tool.

Fixed issue with bootstrap script not registering and working if default WSL shell is bash, no problem if using something like zsh previously.
Overall improvements to the overall bootstrap script.
If .aliase file exists in the WSL environment then the tool's alias will be registered to the .aliases file, otherwise defaults to the default shell's rc file, e.g. .bashrc, .zshrc.

New Feature 🚀

Added functionality to enable/disable specific applications from being deployed or installed for use.
Can now disable specific apps to save resources or it doesn't work on the device or is not supported in geolocation.
Update tool the relaunch the tool to see the new changes. No prior backup is required if on a recent version.
Find the option in Setup Configuration and in Managed Tool.

Update the tool to get the latest updates, then relaunch the tool to see the new changes.

New Feature 🚀- Added backup and restore feature for managing stored credentials.
- Backup before updating the tool and restore afterward to retain any app credentials already configured.
- Already stored backup won't be removed when resetting everything. Has to be removed from the Backup & Restore Manager.
Overall enhancement on viewing credentials stored and prompts.
Update/Reset Config option is now renamed to Manage Tool to reflect the new changes and allow for future expansion.
Resource limit is the only thing that isn't preserved and reset to the original. You will need to only re-apply this limit as you see fit. A prompt message will remind you.

There are two scenarios:

You have a more recent version of the tool. Go ahead and update as usual.
You have a much-dated version of the tool or you know you haven't updated it for a while. Please reset everything first and update the tool. Yes, you will need to reconfigure settings again. But from this point onwards you shouldn't need to.
