Please ignore the huge first commit of this branch (upgrade to Unity 2019) and only focus on the tiny second commit (fixes to KerbalVR_Manipulator.cs )

This fixes the issue temporarily : the grey part of the fingertip appears visibly smaller when you look at it in VR, and it's much easier to click the cockpit buttons, especially the RasterPropMonitor ones.

BUT when you reload a saved game, the fingertip goes back to its original size. I'm not proficient enough with Unity to understand exactly where to insert the code to resize the fingertip after a saved game.
