Provides a way to extract paleoclimatology data from NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI)(see https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/paleoclimatology-data/datasets).

Uses:

• mapping of locations of study sites
• extraction of certain time periods (B.P.)
• spatial analysis and to identify clusters and 'cold-spots' of study sites
