Websitefolder, overwrite existing files if any conflicts occur. - If you use any custom Lucene search index configuration which does not inherit document builder type from defaulLuceneIndexConfiguration then modify the App_Config/Include/zzz/Sitecore.Support.96931.config file. Patch documentBuilderType in the same way as it is done for the default one.
