Real estate property management is an effective and easy to use tool. This web application helps people understand the real estate business. It is a quick response application that can store each detail of every transaction. Real estate property management system can evaluate an unlimited number of properties and units simultaneously. It is developed using HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL.

Project Features:

Through our real estate management system

1. We aim to provide a transparent record of property sales and ownership.

2. We designed a database that effectively keeps a trail of real estate assets and their transfer.

3. It not only provides a user-friendly interface for viewing but also create a single platform that allows access to agents and general public regarding the property landscape across the country

5. Stores detailed data related to transactions for all individual properties

6. Displays filtered properties to users

7. Maintains data of filers and non-filers involved in transactions

8. Maintains statistics of housing societies

How To Run Project:

1. To run the web app, first install XAMPP, and connect Apache and SQL SERVER.

2. Run PHP my admin and run all the files (database schema, triggers, data population, views, procedures)

3. Add all the files inside the htdocs folder in XAMPP/htdocs/rahaish/

4. Run the landingPage.php to start using the app.
