I just looked at the initial-testing branch and noticed that a lot of these changes are duplicated there. Given that we'll be using that branch mainly for the foreseeable future, maybe some of this isn't necessary, but it still might be good to have. |

Regarding indexer, intake, motors, commands, and more. The robot will not run without some of these changes, and the others are useful given the previous misalignment of the intake and indexer. (The sole commit was me, not Max.)
