First release candidate of v1

This release defines the first stable API of the project for the v1.0 branch. New features and bugfixes (a.o.) in this release contain:

New features:

• Implemented authentication
• New design (including for mobile devices)
• Put the complete project under unit tests

Bug fixes:

• Fixes error when OpCache is disabled
• Fixes missing blacklists overview
• Make the project work under a subdirectory of the docroot

Documentation:

• Added configuration for different servers
• Create installation wiki
