This extensive update adds and optimizes multiple German translations in the bpmn-js file. The changes cover a multitude of elements such as actions, tools, events, and descriptive terms, thereby improving localization and usability for German-speaking users.
A new line has been introduced in the German language properties-panel.js to provide a localized version of the 'Set color' option for the BPMNJS i18n extension. This helps in improving the user experience for German-speaking users.
A duplicated translation for 'collectEntries' was removed from the German language file in the bpmnjs-i18n-extension. The entry 'collectEntries (List<Object>)' was redundant as 'collectEntries' was already present.
This commit adds, updates, and organizes the translations for the properties-panel component in the German language. It prioritizes new translations and increases the consistency of the existing ones in the BPMN.js i18n extension.
Expanded the German localizations in the DMN editor by adding new lines and modifying existing ones. This commit aims to enhance and clarify the user interface for German users.
Removed numerous translations which were no longer required from the German translation file of bpmn-js. This contributes to keeping the translation files clean and up to date.

Hi @jjarndt, thank you very much for this contribution! This sure was a lot of work and is very much appreciated. I think there is one thing we should clarify before proceeding with this PR though: How do we want to name things in German? Do we prefer "Denglisch" (like "Lane hinzufügen", "End-Event erstellen") or plain German ("Bahn hinzufügen", "Endereignis erstellen")? What do you guys think, @dominikhorn93 @jjarndt? |

I extended the german translation as required by a gov-client I am working with. Please note that this translation is not claimed to be complete; however, I have done my best to identify and translate most of the English terms.
