SteamCMD-Hub is finally public!

SteamCMD Hub is finally in C# and open source!

The original SteamCMD Hub was originally programmed in .bat/.cmd, but now it's in C#, and a lot better!

It's still not perfect, just make an issue with the bug template, or if you want a new feature, use the feature template!
