Minor improvements

• made waiting time for the countee page to load configurable (--wait)

• increased default waiting time from 1s to 5s
• raise AttributeError when vaccination_center_element is not found

Starters for all vaccination centers

• include starters for every vaccination center

Minor Fix

Changes:

• Terminate session after each check to avoid accumulating multiple chromium instances

Initial Release

Standalone Release. If you don't want to use command line, you can just double-click on one of the .bat files or make your own one for other vaccination centers.
