I've updated the lib to add .NET6 and .NET8 support and also merged some changes from @blakepell who added .net core 3.1 support, but because this is out of support I removed it again.
I also removed .NET4 as it caused compile errors and added DotNet.ReproducibleBuilds to always generate reproducible compiles.
