    Updated Translation scripts to translate only if -

  • Output Translation file doesn't exist

  • Translated Element doesn't exist in the existing output file

  • Previously TranslatorBot translated element has changed in the English strings.xml

  • Copies over existing manual translations

  • Removes non translatable elements
