  • SpirV 1.6: Test Nontemporal image operand

  • Fix warning introduced by 1.3 changes
  • Fix for Vulkan 1.3 implementations that don't expose VK_EXT_ycbcr_2plane_444_formats

Improvements:

  • Allow 1.3.0.0 as a valid conformance version
  • Update glslang, SPIR-V Tools, headers to 1.6
  • Vulkan 1.3 SPIR-V 1.6 framework
