Desktop App: Optional WSJT X usage to automate calibration band changes on the meter

The Remote Meter app optionally leverages WSJT-X UDP status message broadcasts to read the radio dial frequency and automatically command the meter to load the appropriate calibration values (10 bands supported).

I tend to run WSJT-X 24/7 to keep and eye on 6M and to provide spots on various HF bands. I use JTAlert also which will rebroadcast WSJT-X UDP network messages. WSJTX can work on a broadcast IP address and the newest versions made some changes to this area to make it easier to use maybe.
