This is a set of utilities I find useful when working with inference and miscellaneous projects in general.
Traditionally people might write these sort of things in shell scripts but I prefer to have access to the JVM so I can run them in the Scala repl and load jars.

The project is named after a villain from the Brother's Karamazov, Rakitin, because I like his name.
