JCoRe Pipelines features at the moment three pre-built pipelines: Two for the biomedical domain (english) and one for the medical domain (german).
You can use all three as is for their respective task that is mentioned in their names but the main idea for providing these pipelines is to serve as an example on how you could build your own pipelines with JCoRe.
