Input Files

There are some input files for this configuration in the shared directory on ARCHER2: /work/n01/n01/shared/CO_AMM15/INPUTS.

These probably need moving to JASMIN as well at some point...

** NOTE: Currently some files are on MONSOON, pending transfer to ARCHER2.

Coordinates

Coordinate netCDF files can be found at /work/n01/n01/shared/CO_AMM15/INPUTS/coordinates/ on ARCHER2. The files are amm15.coordinates.nc for grid coordinates, coordinates.bdy.nc for atlantic rim boundary and coordinates.bdy_baltic.nc for the baltic boundary.

Bathymetry

The most up to date bathymetry file for this configuration is:

You can use this to generate your own domain_cfg file (see make domain cfg file page). This file contains data derived from a combination of EMODNET and GEBCO as well as a smoothed baltic region. The baltic region was modified using approaches developed by Nico Bruneau, which is documented here:
