Removes [yargs-parser](https://github.com/yargs/yargs-parser). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yargs-parser](https://github.com/yargs/yargs-parser), [solc](https://github.com/ethereum/solc-js) and [solc-js](https://github.com/ethereum-play/solc-js). These dependencies need to be updated together.
