Implement minor UI fixes #785

Closes some minor outstanding UI bugs.

Closes Remove div line when chant has no volpiano #781. If a chant has neither full text nor volpiano available, no horizontal dividing line is displayed in the chant detail panel.

Closes Horizontal divider on search modal changes with size of search results #739. The horizontal divider between modal headers and contents is now stationary.
