Welcome to the Caceral-OSHA-Data wiki!

The goal of the Carceral-OSHA-Data project is to use data from OSHA to try to examine toxicity or hazard in prisons for inmates. While OSHA inspections are conducted for the safety and health of workers (employees) potentially some of the violations in prisons may be related to issues also experienced by inmates as well.

The Data Quality page is where we will place information related to data quality issues that we discover throughout the project.

The Data Definitions page is where we will store information about the how establishments and variables are defined.

The How to Obtain OSHA Data page describes three methods for obtaining OSHA data that we explored with discussion about why we chose one method over the others.
