Implement auto-mode to reconstruct an extremely smooth surface mesh from the morphologies

We suggest adding a command line option --auto-reconstruct in all the morphology to mesh applications to automatically generate all the parameters of the mesh reconstruction including volume resolution, number of laplacian iterations, number of optimization iterations, etc.

The values should be computed based on the minimum radius of the morphology and its bounding box. But it would guarantee that all the branches with fine features won't be deattached during the optimization process.
