This pull request implements a feature that triggers an alert when the user attempts to leave the patient dashboard without saving their observations under consultation. This alert will give the user the option to either review and save their changes or discard them before navigating away from the patient dashboard. This PR handles the unsaved observations under all tabs except the observations tab which will be taken care in a separate PR.
