Fixes #102 (pylama now supports Python 3.7).

This pull request is not designed to influence #100 in any way, and is intended purely to allow linter-pylama to continue to working on Python 3.7.

I still feel the bundled copy should be removed entirely, so I'll leave this to you @gmist.

Any luck with this? I'm now running a hybrid environment where everything else is Python 3.7 but I still am using Python 3.6 for linter-pylama.
