Aspartate_Racemase_Ligands_Simlarity_Score

An R script that uses MACCS166 chemical fingerprint and calculates Jaccard Index/Tanimoto Coefficient for a list of Aspartate Racemase Ligands

Installation

Make sure to have installed Rcpi in your Rstudio IDE.
