FrameLib Max Package v1.0.0

This is the first official FrameLib release (as a Max package).

This will be made available on the Package Manager also.

Pre-release

This is the final pre-release beta. All further versions will be release candidates.

Important changes:

• Max documentation and help file - many improvements of information, formatting and support for contextual help.
• BREAKING - enums can no longer be set by number (use fl.lookupstring~ instead)
• BREAKING - buffer~ channels are now referenced to zero and by default fl.read~ follows streams to set buffer~ channels
• Multithreading bugs have now been fixed
• Max message ordering follows max conventions of patch position
