Development Process

Iterations

We will work in quarterly iterations. They are roughly 3months based, rather than weeks based.

We will begin a Milestone on a first week of a quarter.

At the end of each iteration we want to have a version of JIRA Journal that can be used by the community.

The work planned during an iteration is captured in Milestones.

Planning

We will spend 80% of the time focusing on improving the existing features and the rest of the 20% adding new features.
