Works on windows7 and newer in any browser that supports webassembly.

• If, for some reason, launching from Start.bat dont works, you can just open index.html in www.photopea.com folder and it will work, but with english language and loading widget in top of screen, if this widget don't allows you to use instruments from left panel, you can pick them by using shortkeys (just try to type any letter key on your keyboard, its not hard)
• plugins seems to not working
• If there any other strange errors or photopea dont works properly, clear your sites cache (your browser uses local www.photopea.com folder only once to copy it to cache and then it uses only one that stored in cache. You can clear sites cache in history tab in your browser near the clear history function)
