OMP Mentorship Project Proposal - Zowe Sandbox

We have several Zowe Client SDKs (Node, Python, and Swift + Java is coming in the scope of mentorship).

Propose to develop a Zowe Sandbox that will emulate Zowe services API (InterTest, StateMonitor, etc.) and provide mock data for jobs, datasets, issuing commands, logs and others.

It will help developers to easily test their applications that are using Zowe Client SDKs.

Solution Requirements

• Cover Zowe SDK API calls with mock data

Stretch:

• Customization for mocked data for every user
• Consistency for mocking data (f.e. jobs + logs + datasets should be consistent)
• User mocking data persistence for future usage
