While working on issue #101 I discovered the the FTP deployment of the Linux builds from Travis-CI worked only some of the time. A little research lead to this: https://blog.travis-ci.com/2018-07-23-the-tale-of-ftp-at-travis-ci

Options to resolve this include:

enabling SFTP on owclient.com (probably preferable)
moving the Linux builds from Travis-CI to Appveyor (might also be preferable)
