When using the FU server list of mods and recommended client-side mods, adding Stardust UI specifically not only breaks the interfaces, but actually prevents Enhanced Storage from spawning its NPC in the Outpost as well.

hmm. looks like there's another check I need to go nuke somewhere. as for breaking UI, how so?
