bplist: MAME support

can bplist support output for MAME? It must be like:

bp 8847
bp 884F
g

g at the end is optional but useful - it starts emulation without breaking to 0 at the beggining

In MAME output is used:

mame ... -debug -debugscript bp_out.txt

On the second glance bplist options can be more universal if allow custom configuration of out_prefix. E.g. "the prefix" for unreal must be set as "x0=0x", for MAME - "bp ".
