Rich roles for events #5
Comments
This could include the rich metadata that I was wanting as well. Where we could have a dedicated card/page for that role with the following data:
We can only do this for a few things because it's effort to make all this data so it might be a separate table that links (although group might keep seperate? (although we could have everything that isn't rich in a separate misc group)) Then we could have a lovely page showing all these rich roles so people can learn about all the different roles so they could feel more confident about trying something new? |
Really like this idea - would be really good for people who are new to TV, at some point if someone can write this for me I'm happy to add this in |
really like the role counter idea for internal site homepage too! |
Another thought is that when a user signs up they can register in these groups they are interested in? Then when there is the weekly email for productions it can then be personalised to the user where it'll group events important to them? |
I think I'll try to make a schema for this, but I don't know what the role page will look like, so if there is different sections of text that will probably be different columns. But as a rough idea for the schema Rich-ID When you retrieve the data though, I could also include a list of people who most do it as well? So you'll be able to know who to get in touch with if you want advise. Maybe the groups could also have a group leader? Soma designated person would be able to help as well |
Thinking about it, do we want groups to integrate with the security groups or keep them separate? |
Currently we just list them all, and there is a decent amount. So if we are able to split them into groups it would benefit the usability.
