Could I add the admin2code to the cities reference data as for the UK/GB this would bring down the counties (equivalent to state)? admin1code for the UK is currently the country within the UK/GB that the city sits in (England/Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland).

Thanks for the suggestion Chris! At the moment I don't want to increase the size of the datasets, because of my LFS storage limit.
