What versions of mmdetection and mmcv are used?

Thank you for the code. I'm trying to install it, but it seems there is some mismatch in the version numbers. Could you share the versions of all the dependencies used (especially mmdet and mmcv)?

The output of pip list for your environment would suffice. Or just these version numbers are fine too. I couldn't find these versions anywhere in the repo (and mmdetection has evolved since). Ideally also please consider putting a requirements.txt file.
