Support adding adhoc group by directory #1850

The current GoldenDict-ng support "adding group by directory" (按文件夹分组).

This is a great function, for it saves our effort to search and add dicts in to groups that are already grouped in a directory.

However, this is a global option, and choose this option would mean that all exiting groups will be rearranged according to directories.

A more useful option is to add dicts in some specfic directories.
