Error when opening ifcxml file #179

When I try to open the attached ifcxml file testexport.zip
in the Xbim Xplorer (version 5.1.0.0), the model is not loaded and I get the following error:

In version 4.0.0.0, the model is loaded, but there are also errors like this one:
