[Suggestion] Scale ads-per-video limit with video length

I think quite a few people would appreciate this functionality. I would be willing to sit through a lot of ads on a two-hour video but not the same amount for a 20-minute video.

Hey DShip,

That sounds like a good idea and easy enough to implement. We could just change the Limit Ads Per Video so that the user can select between Total ads limit and Ads per 5 minutes or something like that.

Just a heads up, I'm currently refactoring the extension so that it can also be used as a standard userscript for TamperMonkey, etc. So it can be used on iOS/iPadOS and other browsers. So I'll put this in the TO-DO and add it a little while later.
