Bug(FA): Fan Oscillation not working #393

@katelovescode it should be two different control protocol caused this bug, and current code may not works for your devices, just want to confirm it, thanks. |

When I turn on the oscillation toggle, nothing happens. After a moment, the toggle turns itself off.
