It is essential to have the capability to add, remove, and customize VM arguments in the embedded Micro Integrator server within Integration Studio for compatibility and flexibility

Steps to Reproduce

Adding VM arguments is not possible in the Micro Integrator Extension. However, this functionality is available in the embedded Micro Integrator within WSO2 Integration Studio.

Hi @shashikab,

Currently we are working on revamping the overview page of the extension and in that effort we will also be introducing the option to provide VM arguments via a separate section in that UI. The updated overview page is to be delivered by mid of December 2024 and this feature will also be accommodated in that effort. Therefore find below the ETA for this improvement.

Best Case Estimate: 2024-12-16
Most Likely Estimate: 2024-12-20
Worst Case Estimate: 2025-01-10

For the moment this could be achieved by adding the required VM arguments via the shell script of the server.
