We need to update any existing links to the slack channel and replace them with the discord invite link. both Asgardeo and Choreo consoles have updated their UIs. Choreo docs has a link to slack, and asgardeo doesn't have any links to the community.

It would also be good to investigate all of the places the slack links are published and look to update them eventually.
